My schedule is full, which helps me learn a lot from my classmates. I never expect that I could meet Chinese from France, Germany and UK. So, I know not only the life style of Chinese, but also how they live. Not all of them speak Mandarin. Some of them speak Cantonese, Shanghai dialect and Kan-Hakka languages. And I learnt a little bit from all of them.
I am interested in study here. My study in USA is unsatisfactory. I came to Yunnan Normal University to learn Chinese during my summer vacation. Compared with courses in China, the Chinese courses in USA are rather easy. We learn a lot of new and useful words everyday. Moreover, we can communicate in Chinese. Why I study Chinese instead of Computer or History? It is because I am American Chinese. I eager to know more about China, though I've already had some acknowledgement about USA. My yellow skin and black hair remind me that I should know something about my motherland. It's a great opportunity for me to study Chinese here. Days in Beijing are full of fun. Besides classes, we paid a visit to Kunming Expo Site also. I will leave China soon. But I will never forget what I learnt here. |
