· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· GPA of at least 2.50 or at least 2.00 with either two years of research experience or with GPA of 2.75 in major field.

· Bachelor's degree with honors or Master's degree in related area.
· For Ph.D. research-only program, applicants must hold a Master's degree with thesis work.
