o        Medical and Dentistry program accept B as a minimum score for Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics.

o        Pharmacy program receives C as a minimum score for Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology or Physics.

c.        One set of Letter of Not Colour-Blind from Ophthalmologist

d.        One set of Copy of Birth Certificate

e.        Recent Passport Size Photograph: 2 pieces

f.         Curriculum Vitae & Letter of Statement (for immigration process), signed by applicant.
