In October 1992, Guangxi University for Nationalities and Foreign Language College of Hanoi National University established their intercollegiate relationship of educational cooperation and exchange, thus activated their collaboration in scholar exchange, library resources and academic research.
Untill the year of 2005, there are around 23 visits among the two universities, among them Chinese students are 391, and Vietnamese students are 465.
