Dr.Isaxanli of Khazar University Azerbaijan Paid a Visit to Guizhou UniversityResource:

April 23, 2009, Dr. Harmlet Isaxanli, the founder and president of Khazar University Azerbaijan, paid a visit to Guizhou University. The visist aimed for a discussion on cooperation between two sides. On behalf of Guizhou University, President ChenShuping received the guests. He introduced the guests the general situation of Guizhou province as well as Guizhou University.
President Chen extended that Guizhou University attached great importance to the collaboration with Khazar University. Dr.Isaxanli expressed his gratitude for the reception, and made an introduction of Khazar University in response. He also extended intention to establish cooperative relation with Guizhou University, which was greatly appreciated by President Chen Shuping.
In the end, Dr. Isaxanli had a discussion with representatives from different schools of Guizhou University. Both sides reached common consensus in fields like Chinese teaching, economics, foreign language teaching and computer science etc., which paved the way for the future cooperation between two universities.
