Notes

1. Please wear your representative card during the conference.

2. Please mute or vibrate your mobile phone when a meeting is in progress.

3. Dress code: On the morning and afternoon of August 3^rd, you'd better dress formally to attend the conferences. On the evening of August 3^rd, you could wear smart casual dress to watch the art performance. You can wear smart casual dress throughout the day on August 4^th since after the conference you'll leave for Tianhetan Pool without returning to the hotel. We recommend you to take tourist articles such as camera when leaving the hotel in the morning.

4. Please check out before 12:00 pm on August 5^th. Only on special occasions you may check out before 14:00 pm. Lunch is arranged for free. After that you will be responsible for your accommodation and meals.
